Free workout tracker: your log tells you the weight to try
PrimeFeat is a strength training log built for progress: you log each set in seconds, the app flags your records, tracks your volume per muscle and tells you what to adjust. The core is free, with no ads and no credit card.

The weight to try, on every exercise
From your second workout on an exercise, PrimeFeat compares what you did with your target. Example: you aim for 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps on the bench press at 40 kg and hit 12 reps on every set. The app suggests 42.5 kg next time.
Increases are capped at 10% from one workout to the next. If you log your effort (RPE) and the workout was very hard, it suggests consolidating instead of adding weight. More on the method: how much weight to add and double progression.

Built for progress, not badges
Every completed set is compared with your best through the estimated 1RM: a new record is flagged immediately. Your weekly volume is tracked per muscle group (with MEV, MAV and MRV landmarks on Premium), and the app spots imbalances between push, pull and legs. You always know where you stand.
On iPhone and the web, with the same data
The iPhone app is on the App Store, and the web app runs in any browser (it also installs like an app and works offline). Your account and data are the same everywhere.
